He has an intimate knowledge of the territory and is able to give an honest appraisal without trying to ‘buy’ your business by inflating your expectations. Tony has recently found a buyer for one of our Broome properties that gave us a very good return on investment and made a very happy buyer (who is now our new neighbor). I’d really like to thank Tony for a job well done, I have to be honest when I first contacted Tony months ago I was brain washed by another agency and couldn’t wait for my agreement to finish with this so called Broome specialist, yes! I made a big mistake in not taking Tony on, to sell my property in the first place. Today my property settled thanks to Tony, without a hitch I’m really happy with the price we achieved and the time frame it was sold in. Please don’t make the same mistake as I did and be fooled by other agents telling you they can get you “more” or “ oh I have someone that will be interested and sign up”. Please use Tony he was right on in the price and knows the market intimately and seriously, great service plus I even got some advertising money refunded. I’d use Tony right now if I had something to sell
